With a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence and employee engagement, we are seeking a Payroll Officer to join an excellent Payroll Manager who can provide support and guidance.

THE ROLE




Process end to end pays for 300+ staff using Micropay
Set up recent starters and maintain employee records
Timesheet processing and payroll related queries
Act as the key point of contact for employee payroll enquiries
Process and reconcile quarterly superannuation payments
Assist with payroll reporting, month end processes
Ensure payroll compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements

THE PERSON
Payroll experience required, with robust payroll legislation and compliance knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident managing employee payroll queries and stakeholder relationships
Experience using Micropay highly regarded
Full Working Rights as this is a permanent role
