Accredited Solar and Battery Electrician

We’re an established solar and electrical business in Armidale seeking an experienced, licensed solar electrician to join our growing team.

This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll need substantial solar experience, high workmanship standards and the ability to lead installations without constant supervision.

For the right person, this is more than another electrical job.

The role

Your work will include:
Residential and commercial solar installations
Battery installations and broader electrification work
Switchboard upgrades and fault-finding
Testing, commissioning and documentation
Leading installations and supporting less-experienced team members
Communicating professionally with customers
Contributing practical ideas to improve and grow the business

About you
A current unrestricted NSW electrical licence
A current NSW Electrical Contractor Licence, or the ability to obtain one
Several years of hands‑on solar installation experience
Strong switchboard, testing and fault-finding skills




Battery experience or a desire to develop further in batteries and electrification
The ability to manage jobs independently
A current driver’s licence and White Card
A dependable, cooperative and commercially minded approach

Current solar and battery accreditation will be highly regarded.

Package and progression
Total package of $110,000–$140,000, including, 12% superannuation
