Are you a Social Worker or healthcare qualified with strong hospital experience, an excellent understanding of the NDIS , and established relationships across the health sector?

If you understand NDIS referral and intake processes , have worked with NDIS participants through hospital discharge and transition planning , and have genuine relationships with Hospital Liaison Officers, Social Workers, discharge teams and other referral partners, I’d love to speak with you.
This could be a excellent next step for an experienced Social Worker or NDIS/health skilled who loves building relationships and wants to move into a more commercially focused role.
