About the role:

Our client is seeking a CSO ready to take the next step in their career, or an Associate Adviser looking to support a Lead Financial Adviser in delivering high-quality financial advice to clients. You will manage client workflows, assist with strategy development and help implement advice in a technical, fast-paced environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

n

n
Support Lead Adviser with client relationship management
n
Prepare strategy, modelling and product comparisons
n
Draft SOAs and ROAs with internal paraplanners
n
Attend client meetings and record key advice outcomes
n
Manage workflows and maintain compliant client records
n

n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
Robust experience in the financial planning industry in a paraplanning or associate adviser role
n
Completed or working towards a FASEA-approved qualification
n
Knowledge of super, investments, retirement and insurance advice
n
Experience using Xplan and financial planning systems




n
Strong written communication and attention to detail
n

n
