Pacific National in North Sydney is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to support our Intermodal team. You will help coordinate daily allocation of crew and assets (500+ train crew, 1,400 wagons, 130 locomotives) to keep operations protected, effective and on schedule.
No prior rail experience is required; full training and ongoing support will be provided to develop rostering and operational skills in a rapid-paced environment.
This role is based in Sydney, NSW, offering rotating shifts.
