ROBINS KITCHEN Townsville Castletown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a dedicated team, and ensure outstanding in-store experiences in Townsville Castletown.

You’ll coach, motivate and develop staff, deliver customer-focused service, monitor stock levels, plan merchandising, and strive to hit store KPIs every day.

In the Store Manager’s absence you’ll step up to run the store, coordinating operations, safety, and team performance in a rapid-paced retail setting.
