With an exciting period of growth ahead, they are looking for an Office Manager to play a key role in supporting the continued success of the business.
The Role
Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the head office, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace
Manage administration, reception, office systems, suppliers, maintenance and facilities coordination
Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records and compliance requirements
Coordinate staff engagement initiatives, team events and wellbeing activities to strengthen workplace culture
Work closely with leadership to improve processes and support the wider business
Requirements
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator or Senior Administration role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communicator with a proactive and qualified approach
Experience supporting HR functions and employee processes highly regarded
Residential construction or building industry experience advantageous
