Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager - Trade to lead a quick-paced, customer-focused team in our store. You’ll shape the experience for commercial customers, drive growth, and develop leadership capability within the team.
You’ll work with Trade Specialists and the broader store team to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey, rostering, stock flow and exceptional service. This role requires weekend work on a 1 in 3 roster and some public holidays.
