This is a Sales 101 hunter role focused on prospecting, calling, meeting, presenting, quoting, following up and closing. You will be expected to create your own opportunities and turn them into long-term Reali customers. You won't be sitting back waiting for leads.

Key responsibilities
Prospect and win new B2B customers
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Cold call, network and book your own meetings
Meet with decision-makers across procurement, operations, safety and management
Understand customer needs and present tailored workwear, uniform and PPE solutions
Prepare quotes, proposals and presentations
Follow up opportunities and drive them to close
Meet agreed recent-business sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding





About you
Proven B2B new-business sales experience
Strong hunter mentality
Track record of winning customers from scratch
Confidence cold calling and meeting current prospects
Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
Commercial awareness and strong follow-up discipline
Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for results
Experience in workwear, uniforms, PPE, industrial supplies, mining, construction, transport, manufacturing or corporate supply will be highly regarded
