Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Prospect Hotel Motel.

We’re open to an experienced CDP or a solid Demi Chef ready to step up, with the skills and confidence to take ownership of a section through prep and service in one of our top-performing kitchens.

What you’ll do
Prepare and cook quality pub meals
Independently run your section through prep and service
Work across grill, pans, fryers and larder
Manage food preparation, stock rotation and food safety
Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service
Support the team to deliver consistent food every shift

What we’re looking for
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience independently running a section in a pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
Confidence working across grill, pans, fryers and larder




Solid food safety, stock rotation and organisation
Availability across a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
