Grampians Community Health is seeking a Multidisciplinary Counsellor (Aged Care) to lead the MAC therapeutic day rehabilitation program for clients affected by alcohol and other drugs. The role delivers high quality, trauma-informed care at multiple sites in the Grampians and Wimmera region.
Permanent role with adaptable schedule (30.4–38 hours per week) and hybrid options, collaborating with the Counselling & AOD team to support diverse client needs.
