About you:
Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
At least3 years' experience working as a Chef in skilled kitchens
Must be available at least two days during weekdays
Experience in aged care, hospitals, schools, corporate catering,



private residences or similar environments
Robust knowledge of HACCP, food safety and WH&S; practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and food presentation standards
Full working rights in Australia
Police Check and Blue Card or willingness to obtain
Flexibility to work across a variety of venues as required

Uniform: traditional long-sleeved chef jacket (plain, no logos), chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat and safety shoes
