Your role will involve providing person-centred support, assisting with daily living activities, and empowering participants to build skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Support participants with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Assist with community access, appointments, and recreational activities
Promote independence and help participants achieve their NDIS goals
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
