Key Responsibilities:

Manage inquiries and actively engage with potential buyers and investors.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords, developers, and clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and sales campaigns.

Conduct property appraisals and prepare proposals for prospective clients.

Stay informed on market trends and provide insights to clients.

Maintain accurate sales records and manage client databases.





Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in commercial property.

Solid negotiation and communication skills.

Highly organised, with a focus on delivering results.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for achieving sales success.

Valid driver's licence.
