Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager — Architecturally Designed Homes | Sydney

Reporting to and guided by the project management team, with admin support behind you, you'll be the person keeping sites running day to day.

Key responsibilities
In office management of all deliveries and materials
Coordinating trades and subcontractors
Assisting in preparing the two-week lookahead program
Keeping the site clean, safe and well presented
Running inductions and SWMS, and upholding safety and compliance through BuildPass

About you
Experience on residential builds (architectural or high-end an advantage)
Solid understanding of trade sequencing and site coordination
Organised and on top of the admin — diaries, compliance, systems
Robust, explicit communicator who trades and clients respond to
First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain — we'll help facilitate this)
White Card and reliable transport
