Grolife Property Services is looking for a skilledProperty Maintenance Technician . This is a hands-on, diverse role across commercial, industrial, and high-density residential environments requiring quality workmanship, problem-solving ability, and clear communication.
Key responsibilities
Property repairs, maintenance, renovations and construction
General maintenance works across a range of trade tasks
Site problem-solving and job completion to a high standard
Qualified communication with tenants/clients and internal team
Who we’re looking for
Solid trade background with pride in finish and doing the job properly
Carpenters, handymen, painters, plasterers, tilers, and other well-rounded maintenance trades are encouraged to apply
Multi-trade skills (or willingness to learn) and a practical, solutions-first mindset
Robust communication and professional presentation
Ability to work autonomously and deliver consistent quality

Ability to pass a police check
Willingness to complete required tickets (role-dependent)
You will need to be:
An experienced tradesman in building and construction sector with at least 2 years of work experience.
A committed team player with a robust focus on promoting a safe work culture.
Currently living in Australia.
Location - Able to work in south east Queensland
Please note that only Australian Citizens or permanent residents / valid visa holders with no work limitations will be considered for this role.
