GWG Recruitment in Newcastle is seeking a Change Specialist to support a large IT setting with a 12-month contract. The role focuses on change, adoption and business readiness for current technology rollouts across IT initiatives.

You will develop and deliver change strategies, engage stakeholders, prepare communications and training materials, and monitor adoption post-implementation. In office work is required 3 days per week in Newcastle.
