The role
Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties end-to-end
Coordinate leasing, routine inspections, maintenance and lease renewals
Build robust relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
Manage arrears, respond to enquiries and resolve issues as they arise




Keep property records and compliance requirements up to date

You’ll have the freedom to manage your day and make decisions for your portfolio, with support from a team that works well together.

About you
At least 5 years’ experience in a Property Manager role
A current Queensland real estate salesperson registration certificate or real estate agent licence qld.gov.au
Confidence managing a portfolio independently from start to finish
Solid organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
A genuine commitment to keeping owners informed and tenants well supported
