G4S is seeking a Team Leader for Long Bay Forensic Hospital to supervise a dedicated Security Officers and Control Room Operators on site. The role is a permanent, full time position reporting to the Operations Coordinator, with on-floor leadership to support patient escorts and high-risk movements.
The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of supervisory security experience, NSW 1AC Security Licence, and a valid Driver's Licence, with vaccination status up to date per NSW Health guidelines.
