They want someone who takes ownership of a project rather than acting as a senior tradesman.

What you would run
Sewer and sanitary drainage, hot and cold water services, stormwater and civil drainage, trade waste, fire hydrant and hose reel services, plant rooms.
Programming, labour coordination and material procurement.
Builder coordination, QA and project documentation.
The package
Permanent. Market-market-market-competitive salary or hourly rate, vehicle, and KPI or project performance incentives, negotiable for the right person.
