Prime Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and growing NDIS provider that delivers quality support services across the community. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Officer to join the team and support both operational and executive leadership.

About the Role

This is a hands-on senior finance position suited to someone who is confident working independently, solving problems and managing a broad range of financial processes.

You'll be responsible for:
Managing budgets, forecasting, expenditure and variance analysis
Preparing financial and management reports
Managing invoicing, billing and reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records
Managing participant grocery, petty cash and capital expenditure accounts
Supporting audits, compliance and financial reviews




Assisting operational managers with financial matters
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes

About You
Finance Officer, Accountant or similar experience
NDIS, disability or community services experience preferred
Robust Xero and reconciliation experience
Invoicing, budgeting and financial reporting experience
Strong Excel and financial administration skills
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
ShiftCare, PayCat or Employment Hero experience highly regarded
