Serco is seeking a Supervising Psychologist for the Lavarack Health Centre in Townsville to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on longer appointments with dedicated admin time and no Medicare billing, supporting Defence personnel in a civilian capacity.

The successful candidate will supervise provisionally registered psychologists, maintain compliant records, and participate in CPD and Defence-specific learning pathways.
