Isola Di Capri is an Italian restaurant in Cowes, on Phillip Island, run by the same family for over 50 years — fresh pasta, pizza, and a busy dining room on the beachfront.

We're looking for a Pizza Chef to run our pizza section through our busy summer season and beyond.

About the role

The pizza section is yours. High-volume through summer, so you need to be fast, consistent, and confident under pressure. There's real pride in what we put out, and we want someone who takes the same approach.

What you'll do
Run the pizza section from prep through service
Make the dough daily — mixing, balling, proofing
Cook pizzas using the Moretti conveyor oven
Keep the station clean, organised, and well-stocked
Contribute ideas on specials and seasonal pizzas

What we're after
1–2+ years experience as a pizza chef in a busy kitchen
Solid dough skills — you understand fermentation,



hydration, and how to adjust
Fast and consistent under pressure
Reliable, respectful, and take pride in every pizza that goes out
Team player who works well alongside the wider kitchen

What we offer
$80,000–$90,000 salary depending on experience
Accommodation provided on Phillip Island
Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
