We are looking for an organised Logistics Coordinator to keep our fleet running smoothly and on time. You will manage daily schedules, guide drivers, communicate delays with Management and Clients and problem solve on the fly.
Key responsibilities
Schedule and plan bus routes, charters and driver shifts.
Monitor buses in real-time to manage traffic and delays.
Support drivers on the road with explicit, real-time updates.
Coordinate vehicle services with Management and Mechanics.
About you
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or fleet coordination.
Calm demeanor and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
Transparent communication and computer skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings and/or evening shifts and on call.
