We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established regional territory based in

Your patch covers:
Ballarat to Horsham
Warracknabeal
Nhill
Edenhope

This is a hands-on, on-the-road sales role where you’ll manage existing accounts while actively growing current business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow an established customer base
Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, and trade customers
Identify and win new business through proactive sales activity
Conduct regular face-to-face visits and cold calls
Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
Monitor competitor activity and uncover growth opportunities
Support the branch when required

Qualifications
A confident communicator who enjoys being out on the road
Solid at building relationships and delivering great customer service
Sales-driven and proactive, comfortable with cold calling
Self-motivated and resilient, particularly in a regional territory
A team player who is happy to pitch in when needed

What You Bring
Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles




Strong communication and negotiation skills
Automotive or trade industry exposure (highly regarded, not essential)
