Blacktown City Council is seeking a Building Contracts Officer to manage contracts for fire protection systems, pest control, defibrillators and emergency evacuation plans across Council facilities. You will coordinate contractors, inspect works and ensure compliance, keeping records up to date and ensuring Annual Fire Safety Statements are completed on time.

The role is wide-ranging and practical, involving budget monitoring, payment claims, and collaboration with government agencies and facilities.
