Key Skills & Experience-
Strong functional expertise across Supply Chain Management, with exposure to relevant Finance & Operations capabilities.
Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional design and solution delivery.
Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration and its integration with broader enterprise technology environments.
Excellent business acumen and ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.
Demonstrated experience working as a senior SME, functional lead or solution consultant.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience mentoring, coaching and uplifting internal teams.
Ability to operate confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
Robust problem-solving and consulting capability.

Key Responsibilities-
Provide senior functional leadership across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management.




Understand business processes and translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
Lead workshops with business stakeholders, process owners and technical teams.
Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and standardisation.
Define functional requirements, solution designs, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Provide guidance on D365 configuration, integrations and extensions.
Work closely with technical architects and developers to ensure solutions are aligned to business requirements and platform capabilities.
Lead functional solution design across areas such as procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and/or finance.
Challenge requirements where appropriate and recommend best-practice Dynamics solutions rather than simply replicating existing processes.
Provide mentoring, coaching and knowledge transfer to internal Dynamics teams.
Review deliverables and provide senior-level quality assurance across functional workstreams.
Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live activities.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
