Role & Client Overview:

A leading professional services firm is seeking an in-house Finance/Accounts Manager to join its Gold Coast office. This is a broad chance offering exposure across financial operations, reporting, commercial finance and business projects while partnering closely with the executive leadership team.

The Chance:

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll lead the day-to-day finance function with support from the wider team. This role offers a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities, providing the opportunity to influence business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

The Role:
Oversee the firm's finance operations, reporting and compliance
Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reporting
Manage cash flow,



reconciliations and financial controls
Oversee trust accounting and audit requirements
Partner with the executive team to provide commercial insights
Lead and support the finance team while driving process improvements

About You:
CA/CPA qualified (or working towards), or an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager
Trust accounting experience is essential
Robust financial reporting, stakeholder management and leadership skills
Proactive, commercially minded and keen to contribute beyond the day-to-day finance function
