The Star Sydney is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join the Sovereign Team in our VIP dining setting. You will support the Restaurant Executive Chef, manage Asian and Western stations, and mentor junior chefs to deliver exceptional dishes and service.
This role requires a solid background in busy kitchens, relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, and a commitment to 40 hours per week, including weekends.
