Atlas Partners in Melbourne is seeking an HR Generalist to work part time (3 days per week) as the independent on-the-ground HR presence. You’ll own the full generalist remit—from daily HR operations to recruitment, culture and IR—empowering you to implement best-practice foundations and meaningful improvements.
You will report directly to the CFO, shape culture, and lead key HR initiatives within a 30–40 person team, contributing to the business’s people strategy and growth.
