An established occupational rehabilitation provider is looking for an experienced VIC Manager to take ownership of their Victorian WorkCover operations and help drive the next phase of growth.

Up to $200k package + turnover-based bonus

Autonomous role with direct support from the Director
Established team of approximately 16 staff
North Melbourne office | 3 days in office + 2 days WFH

About the Role

This is more than a traditional management position. You’ll have the prospect to fully influence the direction and growth of the Victorian business.

You’ll lead and support the team, develop key client relationships, drive business development ,



identify recent opportunities and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality WorkCover rehabilitation services.

You’ll work closely with the Director but will have the autonomy to make decisions, build relationships and develop strategies to grow the business.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, commercial awareness and strong relationship-building skills .

You’ll ideally have:
Over 5 years experience within occupational rehabilitation or workers' compensation space
Solid business development and networking skills
A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Leadership or management experience
A commercial and growth-focused mindset
The confidence and energy to represent the business in the market
An autonomous, entrepreneurial approach
