We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, well-established general practice in Healesville on a part-time basis.

About the Role

You will work closely with our GPs and admin team to support high-quality patient care, including:
Chronic disease management (Care Plans, Health Assessments)
Immunisations and wound care
Health assessments (75+,



Aboriginal, GPCCMP support)
Preventative health and recalls
Assisting with minor procedures
Stock management and infection control
Supporting practice systems and quality improvement

About You
Current AHPRA registration as an RN
Previous experience in general practice nursing preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Interest in preventative health and long-term patient care
