Qualified Chef or equivalent with a minimum of three year of experience within a quick paced workplace
Australian qualification of Certificates III and IV in Commercial Cookery or positive Trade Skill Assessment
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with kitchen, restaurant staff and management
Maintain high-quality of health and safety standards, food hygiene and cleanliness
