About The Role

A full-time, permanent New Car Sales Manager position. In this role you will LEAD a team of Car Sales Consultants. You will be responsible for developing a strong sales team and take the lead of all Car Sales related functions. You will coach,



motivate and guide the team to ensure dealership targets are met with a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

You will also be responsible for achieving Budgets, Targets and Manufacturer Objectives including Reports.

About You
A proven track record as a Sales Manager with a luxury or similar Automotive Brand.
A solid customer service focus
Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills
High energy, proactive, resilience and with a competitive mindset
Mature and emotionally level approach to Leadership
A Manager who wants to grow with the business and be part of a winning workplace
