Join Ventura's professional Charter team based at our Ivanhoe depot and deliver premium transport services across corporate events, school excursions, sporting groups, tourism and private charter operations.

As an On-Call Charter Driver , you will operate a modern fleet across a diverse range of charter services, providing safe, reliable and qualified transport experiences for our customers. This position offers variety, flexibility and the opportunity to work with one of Victoria's most respected passenger transport operators.

Working closely with our Charter Operations team, you will represent the Ventura brand through outstanding customer service, professionalism and a commitment to safety on every journey.

What You'll Bring
Current MR Licence or higher
Previous charter, coach or passenger transport experience preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Professional presentation and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of road safety and compliance requirements
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and peak charter periods
Proven secure driving record
Driver Accreditation
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Relevant medical and background clearances
