Hunter Recent England Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist Level 3 for the Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) program. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered home-based rehabilitation and maximizing independence for clients recently discharged from hospital.

Based in Newcastle, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to support goals and prevent readmissions. Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and be able to navigate a busy community caseload with excellent
