Justice Health NSW is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker/Practitioner, Primary Care, PPT 32 hours per week at Parklea. The role provides culturally secure primary care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in custody, with a focus on prevention and chronic disease management.
