Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced PM Operations Supervisor to oversee the afternoon/evening road transport operation in Adelaide. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of 13–15 floor staff, ensuring secure loading/unloading, timely dispatch, and achievement of KPIs.

You will report to the PM Operations Manager and drive safety, productivity and service delivery across the PM shift, with Fridays as overtime peaks.
