This hybrid role blends creative design with a sales-driven edge , which is perfect for someone who loves design, storytelling, colour, connection but lives for the satisfaction of closing a sale through great service, strong product knowledge, and a sharp eye for what customers need.

How You'll Make An Impact In-Haus
Guide clients through tile selections and interior finishes
Turn inspiration into practical design solutions customers love
Build strong relationships with builders, designers and homeowners
Drive sales through great advice, trust and product knowledge
Play a key role in shaping a visually inspiring showroom experience

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:




Love interiors, styling, design or architecture
Enjoy working with people and confidently guiding decisions
Have sales, retail, design or building industry experience (bonus if you have experience with tiles!)
Are organised, tech-savvy and proactive
Can work full-time including a fortnightly Saturday roster
