You Will
Lead and develop a team of hospitality specialists.
Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
Provide guests and patrons an experience and workplace that exceeds expectations.
Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
Implement and establish on-the-job training programs for colleagues.
Build robust, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.
