Senior Account Manager - Recruitment

Build and strengthen client relationships as a Senior Account Manager with Compas, supporting account management, client engagement and the delivery of recruitment and services solutions.

Canberra, ACT

Essential Tasks
Manage and strengthen relationships across key client accounts.
Understand client requirements and coordinate responsive recruitment solutions.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop recent business.
Work closely with the Compas team to support high-quality client outcomes.

Key Criteria
Solid experience in account management,



client relationship management or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Commercial focus with the ability to identify and develop business prospects.
