Our busy Alstonville agency has a rapid growing property management section. We require an experienced property manager that can work in a team environment and be self-motivated. This is a permanent full-time opportunity in a supportive and inclusive team.

Key responsibilities
Manage residential properties, including liaising with tenants and landlords
Conduct and action maintenance requests and routine inspections
Prepare leasing documents, entry and exit reports
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople when required

About you
Current full Australian driver's license
Proven working experience in Property Management or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Familiar with residential tenancy law and basic residential property maintenance needs
Adaptable start and finishing hours
On the job training and ongoing support
Stability in a long-established business proud of their supportive culture and working setting
