Portsea Hotel, part of Morris Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our kitchen for the season on the Mornington Peninsula. You will produce wood-fired pizzas to high standards in a quick-paced coastal setting.
Take ownership of pizza preparation, ensure consistency and quality, and support the wider kitchen team during lunch and dinner services. Availability evenings, weekends and public holidays is required; local living and reliable transport are preferred.
