Civil Plant Operators – BLACKWATER / Various Locations

Cooper McCullough Group (CMG) is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators who are local to Central Queensland and surrounding areas for upcoming civil construction and roadwork projects across the region.

We are looking for reliable, experienced operators who take pride in their work, have a robust safety focus and are comfortable working across a variety of civil construction environments.

Operators We’re Looking For

Excavator Operators
Grader Operators
Dozer Operators
Moxy Operators
Roller Operators
Water Truck Operators
Multi-Skilled Plant Operators

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in civil construction, roadworks or bulk earthworks




Relevant RII plant competencies/tickets
Coal Board Medical & St11
Current Driver Licence
Solid commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
Final trim and GPS experience highly regarded for relevant plant
