We are now looking for a Warehouse Floor Manager to come join our team based in our Virginia warehouse!

Day-to-day duties may include:
Supervision of gear movement in and out of the warehouse ensuring accurate use of our warehouse systems
Coordinating effective use of warehouse space to maximise flow, safety and efficiency
Lead stocktakes and auditing processes to reduce errors or delayed returns
Working collaboratively with our Operations Manager to foster a cohesive team across the warehouse floor
Deliver induction content and training for the warehouse team,



providing ongoing feedback and support as needed for the team to keep developing their skills

Successful applicants will need:
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar warehouse operation or logistics role
Previous exposure to production environments is highly desirable but not necessary
Strong attention to detail, fault finding and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Confident computer literacy across Microsoft office suite including Excel
A current LF forklift license is also desirable
