The Opportunity

This is a genuine step-up prospect for an experienced Landscape Second In-charge (2IC) who wants to take ownership of premium residential projects and be trusted to run sites properly - not micromanaged.

You'll lead high-quality builds from the ground up, work with a skilled and supportive crew, and be part of a business that values work-life balance, team culture, and doing things right the first time .

The Role

Reporting to a Site Foreman, you'll be one of the go-to people on site, balancing leadership with hands‑on involvement while delivering standout landscaping projects.
Lead high-end residential landscape builds from start to finish
Deliver both hardscaping and softscaping works to a high standard
Manage day-to-day site operations, timelines, and quality control
Lead, mentor, and support a site team
Be the key point of contact for clients on site
Get stuck in when needed - this is a hands‑on leadership role

About You

You're someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading by example.
Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or robust industry experience)




Current Driver's Licence + White Card
Highly regarded: Bobcat, Excavator, or MR Truck licences
Confident leading a crew and running a site independently
Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
