You'll be the welcoming face of Studio Tonic. Welcoming every guest, running the floor and setting the tone for a warm, 5-star experience from the moment they walk in. This includes:
Greeting every guest warmly and making them feel immediately at ease
Preparing and serving coffees, teas, and refreshments throughout client sessions
Setting up and refreshing snack and lunch spreads for client meetings and sessions
Anticipating what guests need before they ask
Keeping the kitchen/hospitality area stocked, clean, and presentation-ready at all times
Running the floor, staying alert to the flow of the space and making sure nothing feels rushed or overlooked

We're after someone who's
Warm, unflappable and positive with people
Detail-oriented and organised
Comfortable juggling multiple rooms and sessions
Hospitality experience would be a huge bonus
