You will assess, plan, and deliver client-centered therapy services while working collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive functional assessments
Develop and implement goal-directed therapy plans tailored to individual client needs
Prescribe assistive technology and home modifications
Provide training and education to clients, families, and carers
Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
