Callaghan Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our dynamic team in Echuca, Victoria. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation at The Echuca Hotel. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned venue, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
Providing leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a positive and productive work culture
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and resolution-oriented manner
Assisting with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives
Collaborating with the management team to identify and address opportunities for improvement
Providing regular performance feedback and development support to your team members

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team




Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Gaming experience is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
