Jardan Australia is seeking a Delivery Experience Manager to oversee delivery, logistics and customer experience. Based onsite at our Scoresby HQ, you will lead the Delivery Experience Officers team and coordinate with 3PLs and internal teams to ensure high service levels.
You will drive process improvements, manage supplier relationships, and ensure productive day-to-day operations across national and international shipments, returns and showroom activities.
